Welcome to the Central American Wildlife organization

The Central American Wildlife organization develops and maintains forestry and landscapes in tropical rainforests designed to house wildlife for any and all animals in need with a specific focus on animals native to Panama and Central America.

Headquartered in the mountainous regions of the Cocle district in Panama, the CAW organization is ideally located to accommodate many varieties of animals and flora. With the Bermejo river at the base of the land and 16 acres to the crest of the valley ridge, Para El Beneficio de Panama possesses the perfect landscape to house and nurture a vast array of wildlife.

Philosophy

Wild is natural. We believe it is in the best interest of all life forms to live as closely as possible to the way nature designed them. As such, we utilize the land to safely and securely create large, spacious living enclosures as opposed to small cages or cell like areas. This is not always ideal for human interaction, but it IS for the animals and lifeforms in need of sanctuary. And that is our main purpose – to serve and protect the animals and lifeforms that have inhabited these lands LONG before any humans took root here.

Service

Central American Wildlife does not just cater to exotic animals, although that is our specific focus. We welcome all domesticated animals that are in need of sanctuary or assistance so long as the end goal is to return them to their original homes or habitats. Pups, kitties, goats and the like, need help just as much as any animal that is injured or endangered.
